    Andrew Gavrylyshyn is a passionate community leader, event organizer, and advocate for using sport as a powerful tool for unity, empowerment, and humanitarian aid. As the founder and president of UDSA, Andrew leads with a clear mission: to connect the Ukrainian diaspora through sports while directly supporting those affected by war and hardship in Ukraine.

    With a strong background in athletics, Andrew is a seasoned MMA and boxing promoter, co-owner of American Futsal Academy, and president of FC Tryzub — the amateur world futsal champions. He has spearheaded major events such as the Freedom Cup and launched impactful charity initiatives like Ride to Help and Run of Hope — all designed to bring communities together, raise awareness, and deliver tangible support where it’s needed most.

    Whether organizing tournaments, rallying sponsors, or supporting aid efforts for Ukraine, Andrew leads with heart, discipline, and vision.

    Leonid Bard is a respected international leader, strategist, and advocate for global diaspora collaboration. As the Vice President of International Relations and Diaspora Networks at UDSA, Leonid plays a pivotal role in expanding the organization’s global reach, cultivating partnerships, and strengthening ties between Ukrainian communities across continents through the power of sport and cultural unity.

    He is also the Founder and Co-Chairman of the Assembly of the World Diasporas, a landmark initiative dedicated to connecting, empowering, and mobilizing diasporas from around the globe. Through this platform, Leonid fosters intercultural dialogue, leadership development, and transnational cooperation across civic, humanitarian, and advocacy efforts.

    Vlada Bych is a dynamic, high-performing Event Manager with a proven track record in planning, executing, and elevating large-scale events for nonprofit, academic, and intergovernmental organizations.

    As the Director of Events for the Ukrainian Diaspora Sport Association (UDSA), Vlada plays a key role in organizing impactful, purpose-driven events - from international sports tournaments like the Freedom Cup, to high-profile charity campaigns such as Run of Hope. Her vision and execution bring communities together while supporting humanitarian causes.

    At the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC), Vlada serves as a Senior Event Coordinator of Special Events, where she oversees a broad portfolio of events that support education, leadership, and engagement across campus and community networks.

    With a sharp eye for aesthetics and deep understanding of cultural symbolism, Daria brings UDSA’s mission to life through clean, bold, and meaningful design. From logos and promotional graphics to apparel and social campaigns, her work defines the visual language of UDSA and resonates with athletes, supporters, and the global Ukrainian community.
